Toptraderthinking.com is THE trusted source of information to assist traders to ‘know more, stress less and trade better’. Acting as a filter to sift the wheat from the chaff so to speak, we bring our members analysis, opinions, products and services provided by credible, professional and industry-committed players.

toptraderthinking.com is non-prescriptive; recognising that each trader must find his/her own ‘fit’ to achieve sustainable trading success. To this end we endeavour to represent all products, opinions, commentary, analysis and methodologies in a fair and objective manner. Our site is categorised by not only product type according to the Traders Wheel but also by experience levels and areas of interest. Our inventories provide insightful tools to assist traders in further defining fit and enjoying success in trading.

Since 1993 Big Picture Management has been developing and promoting businesses in industries as diverse as entertainment, finance and corporate consulting. At the core we are an investment company focussed on brand development, publishing/production and management activities.

Inspired by the success of urok.tv (a personal development e-portal) launched in 2003, and the now raved about book ‘Bullseye – Top Trader Thinking’ released in 2006, the Directors seized the opportunity to combine the two successful concepts toward supporting and assisting the trading community.

As CEO of Big Picture Management, Sari sets the strategic direction of the company and defines the creative positioning of the brand suite. With over twenty one years business experience, the recipient of numerous awards and a successful author and producer, Sari is co-founder of BPM, creative inspiration behind urok.tv and chief engineer of the urok.tv and toptraderthinking.com concepts. She is author of ‘The uROk 33 Day Challenge’ and co-author of ‘Bullseye – Top Trader Thinking’ and brings to toptraderthinking clients and members a wealth of experience in financial markets, change management and communications.



Matt KirkMatt Kirk

With over twenty-one years experience in global financial markets, Matt Kirk is a Director of Big Picture Management, co-founder of toptraderthinking.com and urok.tv, and a licensed adviser and Associate Director with the Tricom Group. Matt is a sought after speaker, trader, best selling author and well known commentator on trading news and market insights. Together with Sari he co-wrote ‘Bullseye – Top Trader Thinking’ and he is the creator and presenter of the Real Live Trading seminar experience trading a live account across several products in front of participants. Having managed portfolios from tens of thousands up to a billion dollars and worked with clientele ranging from private traders through to banks, institutions and churches, Matt Kirk is intimately familiar with the needs of the trading community and deeply passionate about helping others ‘be the best trader you can be’.
